- If you stand on the teeing ground of Hole 10, you almost automatically let out an exclamation at the beauty of Ulsanbawi Rock of Mt. Seorak that surrounds the hole like a folding screen. The hole requires an accurate shot because it has a narrow fairway and has a hazard on the right side. And since the green is heavily slanted, you need to play a subtle second shot.

- On Hole 11, if you hit a tee shot pretty easily, you can fly a third shot within 100 meters. For a tee shot, you should be careful about the fairway bunkers and the out-of-bounds on left and right of the IP, and again, if you pull up a pretty easy tee shot, you can take a third shot within 100 meters.

- As Hole 12 has a spacious fairway, you can freely take a long shot. Basically, you will hit your tee shot toward the steep hillside on the left. As it is an elevated green, it is hard to measure the distance of your second shot. Although the entire hole length is short, you should be careful about going out-of-bounds left and right and the deep bunker in the front area of the green.

- On this hole, you can simultaneously view the architectural beauty of Del Pino seen far away and the splendor of the deep valley lying on the left side. Since it is downhill from the teeing ground all the way to the IP, you should play an accurate tee shot rather than take a long shot. Although the course is short, beware of the water hazard in the front area of the green, you should play a precise second shot.

- As the pond in the middle of the hole stretches long between tee and green and the pond is surrounded by a forest, it feels like you are facing a tranquil lake in the forest. If you are just careful about the hazard left of the green, attacking the green should be easy. As there are many grass bunkers around the green, the hole requires an accurate tee shot.

- The hole seen through the forest is stretched like a picture, while Del Pino Village on the left side and the Club House standing behind the green together produce a wonderful landscape. As the hole commands an unobstructed view of Del Pino and Golf Resort, in taking a tee shot, you must be ware about going out-of-bounds on the left side of the IP in order to get an easy second shot. As the view is obstructed by the Resort building, the hole requires an accurate shot.

- As the green, situated in the valley, is surrounded by the existing woods, you get a snug feeling. With a mountain on the left of the IP and out-of-bounds on the right, you should figure out the correct distance for your tee shot for an easy play. As there are out-of-bounds on both sides from the position of the second shot to green, you must be particularly careful when you try a fairway wood shot or a long iron shot to get on the green with two.

- It is a beautiful hole with a view of Ulsanbawi Rock, and the scene of autumn maple tree leaves are fabulous. With the presence of whimsical winds, the hole is quite difficult to attack. Moreover, an accurate distance measurement and club selection are important. And if the ball goes into the bunker in the front left area of the green, par save should be hard to achieve, so an accurate tee shot is required on this hole.

- A large pond lies on the left side of the hole between the woods on the lofty hill, while on the right side, there is also a water hazard. If you alleviate your psychological burden about the hazard, the hole is pretty easy to attack. Nice tee shot into the middle of the fairway, you will have a comfortable second shot. Since the green is nearly level, if you are careful about the hazard, you can get a birdie or par the hole.
