The distance is from the tee to the center of the green, which may vary according to turfgrass condition.
Par-3 monthly member: non-member 150,000 won / member 120,000 won (30 times a month; applicable both on weekdays and weekend)
Unnamed coupon book: 120,000 won (10 coupons; applicable both on weekdays and weekend)
Golf clubs (pitching and putter), golf balls, half bag available for free rental.
Charged for 9 holes, and additional holes are complimentary (additional holes are subject to change)

- Weekday 3+1(Mon. through Fri.): 1 person free for 4 persons using the service.
(Yet, free-of-charge customer, monthly member단, and unnamed first-time coupon are not applicable.)
- - Resort members (30%): Customers with condo membership card or facilities coupon.
- - Local residents (20%): residents of Hongcheon, Chuncheon, Yangpyeong, Gapyeong, Hanam, Guri, Namyangju, Wonju, Danyang, Jecheon, Hoengseong, and Inje, as indicated on National Identification Card.
- - Guest room customer (20%): Condo customer as identified with room key or room number.
- - The same local rule applies on Par-3 golf course as on ordinary golf courses.
- - Your tee shot must be performed on the designated tee mat.
- - Clubs allowed on our course must be iron and putter below pitching wedge.
- - Hole 5 is a Par-5 hole and should be attacked with an iron below pitching (beware of accidents).
- - Par-3 hole has a par of 38 strokes and takes 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the course.
- - Spectators, who are not players, are restricted on the course to prevent accidents from getting hit by a golf ball.
